What Is NOA?
NOA, which stands for Now, Often, Always, is a personalised wellness experience designed for women who are tired of generic advice and want clearer insight into how their body is functioning.
The NOA Now Plan combines comprehensive blood testing with a detailed questionnaire and a 1:1 consultation with a qualified womenâs health nutritionist. Together, these steps help build a broader picture of your energy, hormones, stress, gut health, skin, sleep and overall wellbeing.
Whatâs Included in the NOA Now Plan?
The NOA Now Plan includes everything you need to begin your personalised wellness journey:

- A 45-minute personalised call with a qualified nutritionist
- Tailored nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations
How Does NOA Work?
NOA is designed to be simple, supportive and easy to follow. Hereâs how it works through Face the Future.
Before you head on your NOA journey, you can explore a complimentary 15-minute NOA consultation with one of the NOA nutritionists. Bring your symptoms, your questions, your frustrations. With their honest take, you can get a clear understanding on if NOA is right for you at Face the Future.
You can book your free consultation today.

Step 1: Start With You
Your NOA journey begins with an online questionnaire.
This helps NOAâs nutritionists get to know you beyond your blood results. Youâll be asked about your symptoms, lifestyle, health history and goals, giving the team important context before they create your personalised plan.
This step matters because symptoms rarely exist in isolation. Low energy, skin concerns, mood changes, poor sleep or hormonal shifts can all be connected to different areas of your wellbeing.
Step 2: Choose Your Blood Draw Option
Next, youâll choose how you would like your blood sample to be taken.
The NOA blood test is a venous draw, which means your sample is taken by a qualified healthcare professional. You can choose from two options:
1. Book a Venous Draw at a Partner Clinic
You can attend one of NOAâs partner clinics (including our very own Face the Future clinic) at a time that suits you. Check the coverage of our of the NOA clinics is close to you for convenience before booking.
If you choose this option, youâll be directed to an online booking system with NOAâs clinic partner, Tuli Health.
2. Book a Venous Draw at Home or Work
For added convenience, you can choose to have your blood taken at home or at your office by a qualified mobile phlebotomist.
For at-home testing, NOA works with Inuviâs team of mobile phlebotomists. Once you have purchased your plan, Inuvi will contact you directly to arrange a convenient date and time.

What Your Blood Test Will Cover
NOAâs comprehensive blood panel looks at 26 carefully selected biomarkers to help build a broader picture of how your body may be functioning.
The test covers key areas including:
- Iron panel
- Vitamins
- Thyroid panel
- Blood sugar
- Liver function
- Kidney function
- Cholesterol
- Female sex hormones
These markers are chosen to give insight into areas that may be linked to energy and fatigue, hormones, thyroid health, iron status, metabolic health, vitamin and mineral levels, and your overall wellbeing.
Step 3: Prepare for Your Blood Test
You do not need to fast before your NOA blood test.
To help make your appointment as smooth as possible, make sure you are well hydrated and warm before your blood draw. This can make the process easier and more comfortable.
You should only take the test once any temporary illness has fully resolved, as infections can influence certain markers.
On the day of your test, NOA recommends that you:
- Attend before taking or applying any medications where possible
- Avoid vitamin or mineral supplements until after your blood draw
- Check whether any supplements you take contain biotin
- Avoid biotin for at least 48 hours before your test
- Avoid vitamin B12 supplements for at least 48 hours before testing
- Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your test
Biotin is often found in multi-nutrient and combination supplements, so itâs worth checking ingredient lists carefully.
If biotin, vitamin B12 or any other supplement has been prescribed by your doctor, please check with them before stopping.
If you use HRT as a gel or spray, skip your dose on the morning of your test and take it after your blood draw. If you use an HRT patch, NOA recommends testing on day two of your current patch.
Step 4: Book Your Test at the Right Time
If you have regular menstrual cycles, NOA recommends booking your blood test for day three of your cycle.
Day one is the first day of full menstrual bleeding.
If you are using hormonal contraception, you can test on any day. If you do not have periods, you can also test on any day.
Step 5: Discuss Your Results With a NOA Nutritionist

Your results are usually ready around one week after your blood test. NOA will let you know when itâs time to book your 1:1 consultation. During this 45-minute video call, one of NOAâs expert nutritionists will walk you through your results and explain what they may mean in the context of your symptoms, lifestyle and goals.
Your nutritionist will help you understand the patterns in your results and how they may relate to the way you feel day to day.
Step 6: Receive Your Personalised Plan
After your consultation, NOA will send you a copy of your test results, along with your personalised plan.
This plan includes tailored nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations designed around your results and your individual needs. The aim is to give you practical, realistic next steps that feel clear and achievable, rather than another list of generic wellness advice.
