MyOva Magnesium Nightcap Chocolate Drink is a magnesium-rich hot chocolate blend created for a calmer evening routine. Designed for women, it combines magnesium, Vitamin B6 and a considered blend of botanicals and nutrients to support relaxation, normal nervous system function and hormonal activity. Each 12g serving provides 250mg of elemental magnesium from magnesium bisglycinate, alongside L-glycine, Montmorency cherry extract, inulin, Reishi mushroom, lavender and chamomile. How to use:
Mix 1 scoop (12g) with 250ml of hot water or your choice of milk. Take one serving daily, around 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Speak to your GP before starting a new supplement if you take prescribed medication or have an existing medical condition.
