After years of research, PharmaClinix have developed the Dermarollex, a micro-needling device that provides numerous benefits for the skin.

As you roll over the skin, the micro needles create tiny channels, allowing any skincare products to be absorbed much more effectively, meaning you can see far greater results from your topical skincare.

The micro-punctures are seen as damage by the body, stimulating the production of collagen. As there is no damage to repair, this healing process goes to improving the appearance of acne scarring, stretch marks, lines and wrinkles.

How to use:

Cleanse the skin first. Roll slowly while stretching the skin. Roll four times each vertically, horizontally and diagonally. Follow with your usual serums/creams. 0.5mm are designed for use around every 10 days.

Use one roller per person. Do not use on active acne, raised scars, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, severe solar keratosis and raised moles or warts. Do not use on eye area.
